I stayed here for work and enjoyed my stay. Alma checked me in. She was so cheerful and friendly and got me checked into my room faster than any other hotel ever. Like maybe under 1 minute?! Seriously so fast - that’s huge after a hard day at work. She is a rockstar! Really rolled out the red carpet for me! Breakfast was okay but a bit poorly stocked. They had real eggs! Real eggs! I’ll say again…real. Eggs. That was great, but we’re missing fresh fruit or juice. Room was clean, a bit dated. But clean. Very pleased with my stay and will book here again when I travel for work. But seriously Alma. Executive level service! Above and beyond!

Great hotel for our needs. We usually stay with family in Fort Collins but we were traveling with a handicap family member. Comfortable beds, nice amenities. Only complaint is we had no hot water for a couple hours one evening.

Was made comfortable during our 13 days stay. Breakfast always hot and aplenty every morning. Laundry made it convenient and location within reach to CSU campus. The front office was always helpful & attended to matters when needed. Thank you Alma, Angel & Elias for taking of us.

Check in was smooth. Once we got to the room it smelled weird. Clearly people smoking outside and around us. We stayed anyways due to short notice of being in town. The light in the living room area would trip every time we turned it on. There was part of a plug in left in the outlet, so one outlet next to the bed was unusable. The water temperature was all over the place during the shower. Checked my card after our stay and got charged an extra 100$ fee for "weed smoke" in our room. Tried to explain that the smell was there before us and all around in the hallways. Informed them that we work in healthcare and have to perform drug tests so it was definitely not us. Even offered to come take a drug test for them to prove that it was not during our stay. Still refused to refund the charge. Staff was very rude, interrupting me, not allowing any way to work this out, would not allow me to talk to the owner to get this squared away. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! Spend the money for a nicer hotel!!
